Mens Naked Yoga. David Oliphant obtained his RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) Certification in Reno at Yoga Loka which is a registered school with the yoga governing organization, Yoga Alliance.

"After working in the corporate world for many years, I was struck with the thought that if I did not change my life, I might die at my desk." While I was physically active with running, swimming, biking, lifting weights and taking part in marathons and triathlons, it simply was no longer fulfilling and was becoming increasingly difficult on my body.

David Oliphant was introduced to his first yoga class at a community center and that was the answer for him! He knew this was not only what he wanted to practice, but also what he wanted to learn more about and share with others. His focus in college was education so yoga seemed to carry on that passion as well. He has always enjoyed the process of learning, especially as we grow older. That's one of the wonderful things about yoga, it's for all bodies of all ages regardless if you have been active or not.
